A secret passage is found up the stairs into our private dining. Experience the exclusivity of a private celebration, where tranquility intertwines with bliss. Behind these doors you’ll find a serene haven where the stones of ages past. Picture a setting where every detail is meticulously curated to cocoon you in a haven of peace, a sanctuary where time seems to slow down. With seating for up to 24 guests (extendable to 30) and standing events accommodating up to 45 guests, our space is perfect for intimate gatherings or larger celebrations.

Step into Bar Bù as we welcome you into our beautiful cocktail bar to enjoy the art of cocktails. Join one of our workshops for different levels of cocktail making.

Looking for a private experience? For groups of 8 or more, we offer a private cocktail experience daily from 15:00 until 17:30. A hands-on experience to bring people closer, build stronger business relationships and create a memorable moment together.

COCKTAIL WORKSHOP

An interactive experience where entertainment, education and competition come together. We’ll let you get hands-on with cocktail making while discovering the world of spirits, bar techniques and flavour combinations.

FUNDAMENTALS

A first introduction to cocktails. Learn the basics of cocktail culture and spirits such as vodka, gin, rum and tequila. Discovering essential bar skills like shaking, stirring, glassware and ice.

BARTENDER EXPERIENCE

A deeper dive into flavour, technique and creativity. Explore cocktail balance and pairings, create your own syrups, master garnish techniques and work with premium ingredients.

With more storytelling, knowledge and hands-on techniques, this experience feels like your very own mini bartender course.
